  • We cannot accept canceled orders after 24 hours and notice must be made in writing to shop@bikinihaus.ca
  • Full Priced Items purchased online are eligible for credit on a gift card

  • Beauty and accessories are final sale 
  • Maximum of one exchange per order (as we are a virtual company and do not have a physical warehouse. We are happy to assist you with shopping, size and fit so your purchase is perfect! Please call us at 416.785.8805.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and unsoiled.
  • Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, Bikini Haus tags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with and if so, will not be eligible for exchange, no exceptions.

Please Note

  • Shipping delays are out of our control and we do not cancel or exchange orders for this reason.
  • Sale products are FINAL sale and non-refundable.
  • Pre-Order items are made to order and FINAL sale
  • Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
  • We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns & exchanges.
  • Store credit may not be used for shipping charges.
  • Returns & exchanges are processed within seven (7) business days.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

Steps to Return & Exchange

    • Read the Return Policy (above) to be sure your purchase meets the eligible Return  requirements.
    • Email shop@bikinihaus.ca with "Return Request" in the subject line and your order number. After we approve the return you will be provided with the steps to return your purchase.
    • We will not accept any returned packages without the Return Approval and the package will be at the shopper's expense and responsibility to retrieve.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is not refunded on returns or store credit transactions.
  • Customs charges incurred for returns will be billed to the customer.
  • Domestic and International return shipping is also not refunded, and is paid for by the customer, not Bikini Haus.

Defective Items

  • At Bikini Haus, our customers experience and satisfaction is priority. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately (before returning) to ensure your refund or exchange is properly processed.
