RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Bikini Haus, all eligible returns are accepted for store credit only.
RETURNS
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging, including shoe boxes, dust bags, and protective packaging where applicable
- Free from makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, fragrance, stains, scuffs, marks, or signs of wear
For swimwear, hygiene liners must remain fully intact and items must be tried on over undergarments.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] with your order number within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be approved by Bikini Haus before being shipped back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT
Approved returns will be issued as store credit after inspection.
Store credit is not redeemable for cash or refundable to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like another size, colour, or style, return the eligible item for store credit and place a new order.
FINAL SALE
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit, except where required by law.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
SHOES & BAGS
Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface and returned with no wear, markings, or damage to the soles or packaging.
Bags must be returned unused, with all tags, dust bags, straps, protective coverings, and original packaging intact.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have shipped.
If a cancellation can be accommodated after processing has begun, a $25 processing and restocking fee may apply.
