RETURNS (STORE CREDIT ONLY)

 

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, our return policy is strict, clear, and non-negotiable.

Returns are accepted for store credit only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Items must be returned in original packaging  

  • Hygiene liners must remain fully intact

No exceptions.

If an item cannot be resold in its original condition, it will not be accepted.
If we can’t resell it, you buy it.

A NOTE ON TRYING ON

To preserve the integrity of every piece, we kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over undergarments only, and free of bronzers, oils, lotions, or fragrances.

These products can compromise the fabric and finish, making an item unsuitable for resale. If a piece is worn or altered in a way that prevents us from reselling it in its original condition, it will not be eligible for return or store credit.

In short: if it cannot be resold, it cannot be returned.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING NOTES

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • Packages refused at delivery or returned due to incorrect address information will incur return shipping costs, deducted from any applicable store credit

  • Once an order has been processed, cancellations are subject to a $25 processing and restocking fee
