All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS Overnight, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours

  • Delivery timelines begin once your order has shipped

  • Weekends and Canadian holidays are not considered business days

  • We do ship to PO Boxes and community mailboxes via Canada Post

Once your order has left our hands, it is entrusted to the carrier for final delivery.

🌍 United States & International

Orders shipping outside of Canada are sent via UPS.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country

  • Bikini Haus does not take responsibility for customs delays, refused shipments, or additional fees incurred during importation

We recommend reviewing your local customs policies prior to placing an international order.

DELIVERY TIMING

All delivery timelines are estimates only. While we ship promptly, Bikini Haus cannot control carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing times.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will incur return shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages that are refused at delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier will be returned to us. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from applicable refunds or store credit.

Shipping rates, carriers, and delivery times may change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control. We always aim to ship quickly and carefully — but once your order is in transit, delivery is managed by the carrier.
